Thank you for completing the course! Remember there are three phases to the program. Phase II involves receiving your Pay card and site visit bookings (invites). For us to get a Pay card to you; and book site visits for you we need the following information. Once you receive your Paycard you must register it at the company registration site, which will be provided in the instructions that come with the card. Please fill out both forms completely and click submit when you are done. A customer service representative will reach out to you within a week to confirm your information and shipment of your card. Site visits will be communicated to you by email and SMS, so make sure that the information you give us to reach you is current.
Remember that we do our best to ensure that every program partner’s experience is good and that both the company and the program partner’s goals are achieved by the successful completion of this program for each person involved. Please be sure to inform us two business days in advance if you cannot make a site visit that you opted in for. Too many no-shows will result in less invites, less likelihood for payouts, and if it is repetitive being excluded from the programs core benefits (though you will always be eligible for the profit share up to the reimbursement of your initial fee applied to the Pay card). If you have any questions, please call the 800 number (800-609-3579), and leave a message if you cannot get someone on the phone. We get back to every single person so please make sure any requests you make are clear so that we can manage it quickly and effectively. There are two types of disbursement that go to your card. One is “reimbursement” which is based on profit sharing. This is an amount up to 10% of what you paid to be in the program loaded onto the card we send you to register with us. Only we can load it, it is NOT a refund, and it is not “free money”: it is a protection policy we apply to program orders to keep you safe from being without the money you spend on the program for too long, given that the industry (in general) is very volatile and that you are not a professional vending operator capable of even low level risks (Reimbursement will stop once you have your fee back; Your payouts, however, will continue). Try as we might make the industry bend to each program partner’s specific needs; it is the other way around and our job is to help you access the benefits of the industry in the most cost effective and efficient way; with risk control as the core motive. Roll outs can happen quickly or slowly, they can be affected by outside interference like COVID restrictions, major storms, or unemployment rates (remember we do business IN other businesses so if they have an issue, it can affect what we do and how we do it). The reimbursement is there for that reason; so, at no point you feel that you are in danger of having spent your money for something that does not do what you want it to do when you want it to do it: and lost it. It is impossible to lose your money in this program in that respect. The OTHER disbursement is a “Payout” a payout is another type of profit share only its specifically related to “installations”; An installation is a machine installation in your area owned by the company. When you do site visits (surveys); we do sales (not you); and when we grow, we share that growth with you. If the facilities we install are in your area, but you did NOT do the site visit for them and you have no major no-show history; you get up to 120.00; if it is a facility that you DID do a site visit for; its up to 550.00. The specs are based on the specific value of that specific facility at that time. That said, please try and go on site visits at least once every two months. If you want to go more frequently that is possible just let us know and remember not to no-show. We only pay for gas if you must drive outside your zip code by more than ten miles and it’s based on current rates (loaded onto your Pay card, which you can use or withdraw from an ATM right away). After three site visit based Payouts, you are eligible for a machine(s) of your own based on the type of service you want to provide. Machine credits are applied every time you get a payout at slightly less than the same amount (a summary of credits will be given to you as they accumulate). The company than facilitates a machine order on your behalf based on those credits i.e., 1000, 1500, 2000; with one of our dependable suppliers. You own this machine(s); and once it is in your possession it is up to you to maintain and take care of. When it comes to locations, we similarly facilitate locations through a locator that we have used in the past and can trust to locate for you. We ourselves are not machine suppliers, or locators. Although there are many instances where we have prospects in a variety of areas that want a vendor with vending machines; we cannot control whether you are eligible for a machine at the time they need one; if you, are we will gladly share the information with you as a courtesy; at no cost. It is then up to you to manage it. Another way you can get a machine(s)/locations is when the company has an installation in your area and the facility wants vending machines (or coffee machines) in addition to commercial laundry machines; in that scenario we will ask you if you are interested and available to service a company owned machine(s) as opposed to a machine that you own; in this instance the company would own and you would service it for 80% NET the profits of the machine. The company in that instance pays for spare parts, repairs, etc. The machine in that scenario cannot be accessed without the permission of the property manager on site and can never be moved.
